The Logistics Centre is located a few kilometres from the headquarters and has a total area of 4,400 sqm.

At the centre there is a Product storage warehouse and a Finished products department.
Identification of all the stored items ensures full traceability throughout the entire production chain along with correct performance of the subsequent machining cycles.

The Finishing Department is able to manage the needs of the most demanding markets: it has a deburring and sanding area, the latter equipped with a tunnel machine, Tumblast machine and cluster machine. This department allows us to meet all the requirements of castings that entail a painting cycle.

A modern system of mobile and compact  holds allows correct location of the pressing and punching equipment.
There are up to 900 pallet spaces available for this internal logistics solution that enables management of the turnover and activities to be carried out on the assets before each new production lot.

Shipments are organised on a daily basis using the most common methods as requested by our clients.
Consignment Stock and the Kanban Method have been part of our daily routine for years.

Moreover, through continuous control of product flow data, the company is able to efficiently programme procurement, production, mechanical processing, finishing activities and transport.
